OKINAWA Boutique Residence: Construction Progress Report as of February 2024

Construction progress on OKINAWA Boutique Residence is taking place according to the established linear schedule. We present up-to-date information and a regular monthly report of the activities performed.

In the past weeks we have completed a number of construction and installation activities and reached the milestones as described below:

• We finished with the masonry at the height of 21.80 m;

• We performed plumbing and electrical installations at heights of 10.00m and 12.95m;

• We installed the windows at heights of 10.00m, 12.95m and 15.90m;

• We are working on plastering the bathrooms at heights of 4.10m and 7.05m;

• We completed the building at the "rough construction" stage and received an official Act 14 to establish the degree of completion of the construction.

In the next month, it is planned to carry out the following works:

• Demolition of the last slab of the building;

• Completion of the masonry works at the height of 24.75m;

• Implementation of the installation of the windows on the 6th and 7th residential floors;

• According to the schedule, we should finish the installation of plumbing and electrical installations at elevations 15.90m and 18.00m;

• We foresee the installation of a second silo and the organization of a second brigade in order to speed up the plastering works on the site.

At the moment, 26% of the areas in the building are still vacant. The properties available for sale are of the type:

• One-, two- and three-room apartments at prices from 1,430 €/m² – 1,846 €/m² (without VAT);

• Parking spaces in the building's underground covered parking, at prices from around 20,000 € without VAT;

• Shops/commercial premises on the ground floor, with areas from 153 to 260 m², at prices from €/m².
