2. Purposes of processing, legal grounds, data categories, recipients and storage periods
The information, which may contain your personal data, is processed for one or more of the following purposes:
· Conclusion and execution of contracts in our field of activity;

For your convenience, we present all information regarding the categories of personal data processed, the legal grounds for the processing, the categories of recipients and the storage periods for each of the purposes of the processing.
2.1. Conclusion and execution of contracts
The personal data processed for the conclusion and performance of contracts to which the company is a party relate to the natural persons with whom we conclude them or to the representatives of legal entities and contact persons with whom we have contractual relations. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6, par. 1, b. "b" of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - the performance of a contract or pre-contractual relations initiated by the data subject.
The personal data processed include the identification data of the parties to the contract, bank account data, if payment is made, and other data depending on the subject matter of the specific contract, strictly necessary for its performance.
Personal data may be provided to data subjects, other authorities and persons only in legally established cases (e.g. the National Revenue Agency, law enforcement agencies). The services of accounting firms may be used for their processing.
The period of storage of personal data is determined depending on the duration of the contract and the statute of limitations of possible claims under it.
2.2. Functioning of our website
Please note that individuals can also be identified by online identifiers such as Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses) and cookies.
The nature of the data collected through cookies is IP address, location, page viewed, type of device. The basis for their processing is your consent – art. 6, par. 1, b. "a" of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The exception is cookies for the provision of a service that is explicitly requested by you, according to art. 4a, par. 4 of the Electronic Commerce Act.
Categories of recipients may be law enforcement agencies in the exercise of their powers.
The data of registered visitors is deleted if the account is not used for 5 years or until the individuals withdraw their consent or until they delete it by the individual themselves. 2.3. Direct marketing
With your consent, we use your personal data to directly or indirectly present the services, reputation and initiatives of our company, as well as to survey customer satisfaction with the services used. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject - art. 6, par. 1, b. "a" of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose at any time.
The categories of personal data we collect refer to a limited amount of personal information that identifies the individual (name, email address) and the consent given by them, including the withdrawal of consent.
Recipients of this information may only be law enforcement agencies in the exercise of their powers. We do not transfer such data to third countries.
Personal data for direct marketing purposes is stored until consent to its processing is withdrawn. After that, we only store a limited amount of information to prove that there was consent to processing and it was withdrawn.
2.4. Human resources
For the purposes of human resources management, we process personal data of job applicants, current and former employees, representatives and shareholders of the controller. Depending on the nature of the personal data, the legal grounds on which they are processed are: Art. 6, par. 1, b. "c" and Art. 9, par. 2, b. "b" of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - compliance with the controller's legal obligations. These obligations arise mainly from the Commercial Act and the Labor Code.
The categories of personal data processed include: data for the identification of individuals, data on education and qualifications, health data, contact data, as well as other data required under labor and social security legislation, the application of tax laws, accounting, safe and healthy working conditions. The collected data are used only for the specified activities and are provided to third parties only in cases where this is provided for by law. In such cases, data may be provided, for example, to the National Revenue Agency, the Executive Agency "General Labor Inspectorate", law enforcement and other public authorities, in view of their powers and competence. The information is not stored outside the EU and the European Economic Area.
The administrator provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data throughout the entire period of their storage, which is determined according to the requirements of labor legislation: 50 years for payroll, 3 years for sick leaves, 5 years after termination of the employment relationship for the employment file, 6 months for documents of job applicants with whom an employment contract has not been concluded.
Activities to ensure healthy and safe working conditions are regulated by a contract with an occupational health service in accordance with Regulation No. 3 of January 25, 2008 on the conditions and procedure for carrying out the activities of occupational health services.
3. Transfer of personal data to third countries
You should keep in mind that the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and the Swiss Confederation are NOT third countries. All other countries outside this circle are.
If it is necessary to transfer personal data to recipients in them, the guarantees pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply. In the event that no decision of the European Commission on an adequate level of protection has been taken for the given country, your personal data may be transferred if this is necessary for the performance of the contract with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. In all cases, the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply to the transfer of personal data in order to protect your rights and freedoms.
4. Your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679
The General Data Protection Regulation provides the following rights of individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data:
· right of access to your personal data processed by the administrator;
· right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
· right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") of personal data that is processed unlawfully or on an invalid legal basis (expired storage period, withdrawn consent, fulfilled initial purpose for which it was collected, etc.);
· the right to restrict processing in the event of a dispute between the controller and the individual regarding the lawfulness or accuracy of the processed personal data until its resolution and/or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
· the right to data portability, where your personal data are processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract. For this purpose, the data is transmitted in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
· the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time and on grounds relating to your particular situation, if your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, public interest or official authority;
· the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. You do not need to give reasons, we will in any case comply with your objection made on this basis;
· the right not to be subject to a fully automated decision, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you. The automated processing carried out by us does not involve making fully automated decisions with significant legal or other effects on you.

Please note that even after you delete your account or request that your data be deleted, copies of certain information from your account may remain visible under certain circumstances, such as if you have shared information with social media or other services, or where retaining such copies is necessary to comply with legal obligations or legal protection. Art. 11. (3) The User may withdraw his consent in relation to: - Receiving electronic communications sent by us. If he no longer wishes to receive electronic communications from us for advertising and marketing purposes in the future, he may refuse to receive such electronic communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our communications. Art. 17. The Agency provides brokerage services for the purchase, sale, rental and leasing of real estate by Users. Art. 18. The website https://taskovstoyanov.com/ offers a catalog of offers for the sale or lease of real estate with prices indicated accordingly. The offers are prepared based on data provided by sellers, landlords, construction entrepreneurs, investors, agencies and other persons in partnership and cooperation with TASKOV & STOYANOV. Art. 19. The Company must regulate all relations in connection with the services provided by signing a separate written contract, according to the type of service provided and individual agreements with each individual counterparty. By signing such a contract, each user undertakes to TASKOV & STOYANOV for the implementation of a transaction for the purchase, sale or lease of real estate.
Procurement and contracting
Art. 20. In order to use the brokerage services offered by TASKOV & STOYANOV and to familiarize themselves with the available real estate base, Users use the website https://taskovstoyanov.com/ . Art. 21. Between the User, in his capacity as the assignor, and the Agency, in his capacity as the contractor, a separate contract is necessarily concluded for the assignment and performance of each service provided by TASKOV & STOYANOV. The contract enters into force from the moment of its signing and the terms agreed upon therein are binding on the parties that signed them for the term of its validity. Art. 22. All contracts, agreements and annexes to contracts and agreements, as well as all protocols, receipts and declarations are drawn up in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the legislation, in accordance with the will of the parties, contain the requisites usually imposed in practice and are consistent with the internal organization, activities and acts of the Agency, under the conditions of complete confidentiality of the data provided and in compliance with the personal data protection policy implemented by TASKOV & STOYANOV.
Prices of the offered properties
Art. 23. (1) The prices of the properties offered on this site are those indicated by sellers, developers, investors, agencies and other persons who are in contractual relations with the Agency. Art. 23. (2) The prices of the properties offered are in euros. As a rule, the prices include value added tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated in the offer. In the event that the price does not include VAT, this should be explicitly stated in the offer. Art. 23. (3) The Agency has the right to change the prices announced on the site in the offers for the offered real estate, and these changes will not affect already concluded contracts, unless it is agreed in the specific contract that in the event of a change in the price, the amount of the commission fee payable by the User to TASKOV & STOYANOV shall also change proportionally.
Anti-money laundering measures
Art. 24. The Company has approved Internal Rules for the control and prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, in its capacity as a person obliged under Art. 3, para. 2, item 29 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Art. 25. (1) When establishing contractual relations by assigning the Agency to perform the services provided by it, it is obliged to identify, within the meaning of the Anti-Money Laundering Act, each User, a party to a transaction. The User shall complete and sign a declaration under Art. 4, para. 7 and under Art. 6, para. 5, item 3 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act, according to a template approved with the approval of the Internal Rules under the previous paragraph of this article. It is mandatory for a User to complete a declaration of origin of funds when establishing commercial or professional relations, including when opening an account, as well as when performing an operation or concluding a transaction worth over BGN 30,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency, as well as when performing an operation or concluding a transaction in cash worth over BGN 10,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency. Art. 25. (2) A declaration of origin of funds shall also be completed in cases of performing more than one operation or transaction, which individually do not exceed BGN 30,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency, respectively BGN 10,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency, but there is evidence that the operations or transactions are related.
Unsolicited electronic messages
Art. 26. Commercial communications within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act are advertising or other communications presenting the services of a person carrying out commercial or craft activities, or exercising a regulated profession. Art. 28. (1) The object of protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act is all intellectual property rights on the available databases located on the Agency's website, and they may not be used in violation of the current legislation. In the event that the intellectual property of another person is located on the site, who has transferred the right of use to TASKOV & STOYANOV, this person must be indicated as the holder of the specific intellectual property right. Art. 28. (2) The right of access of Users to the Agency's website does not include the right to use, copy or reproduce information constituting an object of intellectual property, unless it concerns information of insignificant volume, intended for personal use for non-commercial purposes, which in no way harms the legitimate interests of the authors or other holders of intellectual property rights. Art. 28. (3) In the event of a violation of intellectual property rights, the Company has the right to seek compensation for all direct and indirect damages in full. Art. 28. (4) When using the access provided to them by TASKOV & STOYANOV, Users are obliged to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, Bulgarian legislation, Internet ethics, the rules of morality and good manners; not to harm the good name of another and not to call for a violent change of the constitutionally established order, to commit a crime, to violence against the person or to incite racial, national, ethnic or religious enmity, not to preach fascist or other anti-democratic ideology, not to violate other people's property or non-property rights, including intellectual property rights; to immediately notify the Agency of any case of a committed or discovered violation; not to thwart the procedure for identifying another User; not to access beyond the provided access, not to impair or impede the availability, reliability or quality of the provided access, as well as not to use it in a manner that causes refusal of its use; not to extract by technical means or in a technical manner information resources or parts of information resources belonging to the databases located on the Agency's website and thus not to create their own database in electronic or other form; not to impersonate another person or otherwise mislead third parties regarding their identity or affiliation with a certain group of people; not to commit malicious acts within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions. Art. 28. (5) Except in cases where it is expressly agreed, Users do not have the right to reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute and otherwise disclose the information resources published on the website of TASKOV & STOYANOV. Art. 29. TASKOV & STOYANOV has the right to deactivate or delete a User's user profile in the event that the latter violates an intellectual property right on the elements contained on its website - objects of intellectual property.
Responsibility
Art. 30. (1) The Agency maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures and ensures the protection of the personal data of its Users, processing such data in accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679 (EU). Art. 30. (2) If necessary, the personal data protection measures are reviewed and updated by TASKOV & STOYANOV. Art. 31. (1) The Company is not responsible for technical malfunctions, the causes of which do not fall within the scope of the Company's responsibility or were caused by force majeure circumstances. TASKOV & STOYANOV does not guarantee unhindered access to the site and may perform technical maintenance in a freely selectable time period. Art. 31. (2) TASKOV & STOYANOV is not responsible in the event that virus content or other damaging components are found on the site server. Art. 32. (1) This site may contain links to other sites provided for the convenience and information of the Users and they should be used at the personal responsibility of the specific User. The content of these sites is not related to TASKOV & STOYANOV and the company is not responsible for their content, regardless of whether it is in partnership with their owners. Art. 32. (2) The Company does not owe compensation to the Users of the website for damages caused by an error or defect in the use of the site, a computer virus or theft as a result of the use of the site or a link to another site through the website. Art. 32. (3) In case of systematic violations of the general terms and conditions of use of the website by a User who has accepted them, the Agency has the right to prohibit access to its website from the mobile device, e-mail and IP address of the violator. Art. 32. (4) TASKOV & STOYANOV is not responsible for offensive or illegal behavior of other users of the site or third parties. Art. 32. (5) Users of the website https://taskovstoyanov.com/ undertake, by their conduct while using the Agency's website, to protect its employees and directors from attacks and damages and to prevent the causing of such.
Additional terms and conditions
Art. 33. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the general terms and conditions for using its website at any time and at its discretion in the event of legislative changes; introduction of new rules, the need for which has arisen in the practice of the Agency; the need to improve the quality of the services provided by the Agency. All changes will be posted on the official website of the website and come into effect from the day of their publication there, and from that moment it is also considered that all Users are familiar with the changes made in this way. It is the Users' obligation to check the general terms and conditions periodically for updates. Art. 34. All issues not settled by the general terms and conditions shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Bulgarian court shall have jurisdiction in the event of a possible dispute. In the event that certain clauses of these general terms and conditions, relevant to the contracts or annexes thereto, governing the relations between the Users and the Agency, are or are declared null and void or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the contract in its remaining part or of the contract as a whole. The invalid clauses shall be replaced by both parties with other valid ones, corresponding to the meaning and purpose of the contractual provisions. In the event of failure to reach agreement on their content, legal provisions governing similar relations shall apply by analogy.
