Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of July

Construction and installation works on the residential complex OKINAWA Boutique Residence are proceeding according to the pre-planned and approved activity schedules.

Current information on construction progress has been prepared and summarized by our chief engineer Stefan Nikolov.    

Over the past few weeks we have managed to complete a number of construction and installation works as follows:

• We removed the slabs to a height of +0.15m;

• We completed the slab (formwork, reinforcement and concrete) at the height +4.10m;

• We have started the implementation of the reverse embankment around the site;

• We have started execution of the formwork of the slab at the +7.05m elevation.

During this month, it is planned to complete the execution of the entire slab (formwork, concrete and reinforcement) at the +7.05m elevation and start work on the verticals at the +10.00m elevation.   Masonry works on the basement floors will also be started.
