On July 1, 2025, the official opening of the construction site of <a target=_blank href='https://www.luximmo.bg/bulgaria/oblast-sofia/sofiya/luksozni-imoti-apartamenti-razlichni-tipove/luksozen-imot-44360-apartamenti-razlichni-tipove-za-prodajba-v-sofiya.html'>COMFORT RESIDENCE – Malinova dolina II</a> – the new residential project from the established construction and investment company TASKOV & STOYANOV – took place.

The event was attended by Nikola Stoyanov, (investor and founder of <a target=_blank href='https://luximmogroup.org/'>LUXIMMO GROUP</a>, Kamen Taskov (investor), arch. Krum Sergeev and his team from <a target=_blank href='https://studiocreative.bg/'>STUDIO CREATIVE</a>, arch. Ivo Dikov (<a target=_blank href='https://elitebuild.bg/'>Elite Building Company</a> - project contractor), as well as Nevena Stoyanova, Managing Director of LUXIMMO GROUP. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by a large number of colleagues from the corporate group, as well as clients who have already purchased property in the building.
