L'Avenue Premium Residences is the latest upcoming project of TASKOV & STOYANOV. The complex consists of two low-rise buildings, located in the most prestigious part of Dragalevtsi district. We are developing the construction in an investment consortium with the proven construction and entrepreneurial company ROI Capital . The project is the work of one of the leading Bulgarian architects Kalin Dikov and his team from Elite Project Group. The construction is entrusted to the company Elite Building , a proven leader in luxury residential construction. The exclusive consultant on the marketing concept of the project is the international prestigious real estate agency BARNES , whose branch in Bulgaria is managed by LUXIMMO GROUP , a leader in the quality real estate market in our country. L'Avenue Premium Residences is being built according to a carefully thought-out concept and is positioned in the highest segment "Ultra-premium".
